  Our junior leaders recently took part in the Super Ambassador Project with the Children's Commissioner for Wales.  They had to complete a mission to share how our school supports well-being. We love the video - well done junior leaders!

• Parent Governor Vacancies

  Parent Governors

  We have a number of parent governor vacancies and nominations are invited from all parents, or those with parental responsibility, of registered pupils at the school.

   

  If you wish to nominate yourself for the position of parent governor, please submit a short personal statement of no more than 100 words and return it to the school no later than 29th November 2021. Nominations received after this date will not be considered.  Please note applications must NOT exceed 100 words.

  Following the closing date, the local authority will prepare ballot papers and these will be sent home to all parents.  Further information on the voting process will be sent to parents at this point. 

   

  The term of office of a parent governor is four years from the date of appointment. A parent governor may serve out their term of office if their child leaves the school during the period of their term of office.

• Governors Annual Report to Parents

  The school governors Annual Report to Parents for the academic year 2020/21 is available to view on our website.  

   

  Governors will be holding a 'Meet the Governor' event on Wednesday 17th November at 5pm and invite parents to attend and discuss any aspect of the annual report or any aspect of school operations. 

   

  The informal meeting will be held in the main school hall please note face coverings will need to be worn. We are able to offer the opportunity to attend virtually if required.  Please let us know if you would like to attend virtually and we will make arrangements to facilitate this.
