After school club is provided for children in reception to year 6 from 3.30pm to 5.30pm. Children are collected from their classes and taken to after school club for a 3.30pm start.  Each session is £8 per child and must be booked in advance.  Booking can be made via the school office by phoning 01656 815790 or by email admin@oldcastleps.bridgend.cymru.  Payment needs to be made through ParentPay.  www.parentpay.com.  Booking is limited and not guaranteed.

Regular bookings

All regular attendees who have set days every week in the club will be pre-booked.  Payment must be made in advance via Parent Pay and you may load your account with any amount and the charge will be deducted daily.  You must always have credit on your account in order for your child to attend the club.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be received by 10am on the day of the booking.  A charge will be applied if cancellation is not received by this time.  Please cancel by phoning 01656 815790 or emailing admin@oldcastleps.bridgend.cymru

Price Increase from September 2025

Following a review of our Afterschool and Late Club provision, we find it necessary to make some adjustments to our pricing structure. The increase in fees is due to increase in our operating costs and will allow us to continue to offer the service you expect both now and into the future.

Prices will increase from 1st of September 2025 

• Afterschool Club will increase to £9.00 per session
• Late Club will increase to £2.50 per session
